calbias: find optimum bias setting for rotating anode generator

"calbias" is a program to optimize the bias voltage setting on a rotating anode generator by analysis of identical diffraction images made at different bias settings.

Usage

"calbias" is invoked like:
   calbias [options] [make]
Without any argument, the "calbias" program will analyze any images named "b[0-9]*.kcd" in the current directory. The '[0-9]*' part is interpreted as a number which should correspond to the bias setting corresponding to the image. With the argument "make" the program will try to make images with names like this first, scanning the complete usable range of bias settings.

As options, one can give "frametime=#", "frameangle=#", and "dx=#" if the default appears inadequate. Please tell us if you need this, and try to figure out why...
