imagepad: Extend a 1340 column image to 1344 columns

The "imagepad" program can extend 1340 column images to 1344 columns to make older KappaCCD2000 images compatible with newer versions of the HKL2000 software.

Usage

The program is invoked by the command line:
imagepad [options] <imagefilename> [write=imagefilename]
Different image file types are recognized from their names.

The outputfile produced by the program contains a header that is slightly edited from the original to represent the new image size. The output file always consists of a single frame without repeats.

Other options

The program accepts the options to determine KCD file scaling. The default output file name is padded.kcd

The option "force" can be used to force the program to accept images other than 1340 columns wide. Using "padwidth=n" the width of the padding can be changed. These are options that should not be used.....
