kcd2pk: Convert a diffraction image to a peak list file

"kcd2pk" can perform a peak search in an image or a series of images, and write the peaks found to a ".pk" file.

Usage:

kcd2pk [options] <imagefilenames>

Different image file types are recognized from their names.

Options recognized by the program are:

write=#: Sets the name of the .pk file that is written. The default is for it to have the same prefix as the image file name if only one image file name is specified, and "peaks.pk" otherwise.
