makedefsite: Create site description file for Denzo-SMN

The "makedefsite" program is used to transfer alignment information from distorpol.vic and detalign.vic files into a "def.site" file for Denzo-SMN.

To use the program, execute it without any command line arguments in a directory with at least one KCD image.
