nabscor: apply absorption correction

Apply absorption correction to a HKL (type 4 or 5) style data file. Usage:
nabscor [mulabs|tompa]

Prerequisites: Please obtain the platon program and install it somewhere on the system (See: The Platon homepage)

The argument selects between the different absorption correction algorithms:

mulabs
Use the "MULABS" option in the "platon" program to perform the absorption correction. This is Bob Blessing's SortAV algorithm that corrects for absorption using the redundancy of the data set. This needs a highly redundant data set to be successful.
tompa
Use the "ABST" option in the "platon" program to perform the absorption correction. This is the Demeulenaer and Tompa integration method for absorption correction. This needs a face index description.
If no algorithm is specified, the "mulabs" procedure is used by default.

Options

Currently no further options are accepted by the program. All parameters will be queried for by a GUI screen, dependent on the absorption correction algorithm that was chosen.
