nhabitus: Display crystal description in 3D

"nhabitus" can display a crystal description, or write it to a ".off" file suitable for further processing using the "geomview" program.

Usage:

nhabitus [options] [filenames]

The program accepts all options for controlling the way the unit cell is treated, plus:

"follow": makes the program read the ".ins" file repeatedly whenever it changes on the disk.
"facenumber": labels the faces by the order number in the ".ins" file instead of their face indices.

Filename arguments include:

*.x or *.rmat: Get orientation matrix from the given file instead of the default.
*.off: Write output in ".off" format (suitable for viewing using "geomview") instead of displaying the crystal in a window.
*.ins: Read crystal description from the given file instead of "absorb.ins"

An output ".off" file of the nhabitus program can be displayed using the geomview program.
