plotscale: Make diagram of inter-frame scaling

"plotscale" is a program to show the "scalepack" scaling of all frames in a diagram (a picture tells more than a thousand words).

Usage:

plotscale

A "+" sign in the plot will be drawn for each scaled frame. The vertical size of the sign represents the standard deviation in the value.

Prerequisites

The "plotscale" program needs the scatter and xfig programs installed to function. "xfig" normally comes preconfigured on Linux machines, but "scatter" will need to be installed separately.
