respons2sensi: Convert response file to Denzo sensitivity file

The "respons2sensi" program is used to convert a detector "respons" map as created by makesensi to a denzo sensitivity file.

Usage:

  respons2sensi [options] <input responsXX.kcd file>
The program reads the specified respons file plus the calibration file containing the "incidence coefficient" for the wavelength used. If you want to use a respons file for a different wavelength (e.g. a MO respons file is very suitable to AG wavelength if a spoton measurement is performed using AgKa), you need to specify the "coef=x.xx" option giving the right incidence coefficient yourself.

The default output file is "sensi.kcd", it can be changed using the "write=xxxx" option.
