saintrename: Rename .sfrm files to the SAINT naming scheme

"saintrename" is a program that will rename all ".sfrm" files in the current directory from the default kappaccd naming scheme (like s01f0001.sfrm) to a naming scheme compatible with SAINT (like s_01_0001.sfrm) See also How to convert KappaCCD images for use in APEX2 and SAINT
