syndark: synthesize shutter closed image

The "syndark" program can be used to make a "kcd" image containing the equivalent of a shutter-closed image with the same exposure time as a real image. The image is constructed from the "dark.kcd_frozen" en "sdark.kcd_frozen" calibration images. The result is usable directly by the "2000" release of denzo, and by evalccd.

Usage

The program is invoked by the command line:
  syndark kcdfilenames
The name of the output file is the same as the name of the kcd file name specified, with the image number replaced by the letters "drk". If no number is present in the file name, "_dark" is appended to it.
