Clicking "Check mosaicity" pops up the mosaicity graph. The format has changed a bit. The actual mosaicity is twice the value indicated on the horizontal axis. Click on the bar to move to the 5% level.
The left figure is an example of under-estimated initial mosaicity and the right figure is an example of over-estimated initial mosaicity. An underestimated mosaicity might give rise to incompletely integrated profiles. In the SMN version of DENZO the mosaicity is refined, so you should not need to change it except in extreme cases.
