Pre- Installation checklist for FR591, FR590, KappaCCD(2000) or MACH3

This checklist must be filled in and sent to Bruker Nonius when all is ready for installation (after receiving of the equipment). Bruker Nonius will not schedule installation before reception of the list. It will be e-mailed to service@nonius.nl in the Netherlands. For explanation see the pre-installation requirements.
