KappaCCD Program Flow (v1.10)

Version 1.10 of Denzo-SMN can process all data collection scan ranges in one session.
Users of earlier versions should refer to the description of the 1.9 version
 

Multiple scan range data collections

In this GUI all sets can be seen in a general overview and processed in one run. Every set can be selected or deselected.

Remark:
In some cases indexing on separate scan ranges can take an alternative orientation, resulting in an inconsistent data set after merging all scan ranges.
