Describing your experiment.
In this section you point to the data using the Data card
and describe the way they are measured in the Experiment card.
In the data card you specify where your data are located
and where you want the output files to go.

Select the subdirectory of your data home directory, then
click the top button marked ">>"

Click on the <browse> box below it. Select from the file
browser the first image file (ambi001.kcd) and click OK. The program will
display the selected file name as "ambi###.kcd to indicate the file numbering
is adapted during the measurement.

Click on the bottom button marked ">>" to update the output
file selection field.

Fill in the range of frames and the frame width that will
be used.
Experiment card
The fields in the Experiment card describe the measurement
conditions. Every KappaCCD image stores its experimental setup in the file
header, so in case of doubt you can verify the contents of the images.
Type "more ambi001.kcd" in a shell window to view the
file header.
Fill in the parameters accordingly and go to the next
card.
